Experience our third annual Howliday Pet Parade! Well behaved pups are welcome! Dress up your pup while you walk in the parade! Best Dressed, Most Creative and Judge’s Favorite awards will be given out by our three judges of the parade! Enjoy beautiful waterfront views, walk the holiday light display, and support our local pet vendors! Free Community Movie in the Rose Garden on Friday, December 20th featuring The Polar Express!
