Choose a theme to tablescape your table, dress the part the night of the event and bring food and drinks to enjoy while competing for the best tablescape in town. Event Schedule: 

• Table Setup: 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm 

• Signature Cocktail & Hors D'oeuvres: 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm 

• Tablescape Judging Starts @ 7:00 pm 

• Dinner & Dancing: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

• Voting Closes: 8:30 pm 

• Awards & Announcements @ 8:45 pm

• Table Breakdown: 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm 

If the event is canceled due to inclement weather, no refund will be issued, and it will be considered a donation towards the good works of Daytona Beach West Rotary. Thank you for supporting our community.
